It consists of modified attachments which eliminate conventional Procedures of the standard model. This has been developed for the first time in India & is being used by more than 500 industrial laboratories in India & Abroad. The Semi Automatic model eliminates the conventional methods of raising & lowering of the reservoir (Leveling) bottle for the following operations. • To fill up the Carbon Burette before the gases of combustion are let in. • To convey the gases of combustion from Carbon Burette to Absorption vessel for absorption. • To move the residual gases to the carbon Burette for final reading. These operations do not involve any moving parts and are achieved by just fingertips. No additional maintenance problems are there. Time taken for determination: 3 to 4 minutes depending on the operating chemist. |

Sulphur Determinators The Sulphur Determinator when configured to use multiple Sulphur Infrared Cells uses a unique. Sulphur Infrared Cell Selection technology. This means that the Sulphur Determinator will automatically select the correct infrared cell for the Sulphur Concentration of the sample. The Sulphur Determinator uses a new end of analysis determination that decreases the sample time but retains the integrity of the sample measured. |

Combustion Furnace Unit The furnace body is manufactured using CRCA sheets and the finishing is done with attractive color paint. The main combustion chamber is exclusively designed of zircon mineral that has the ability to withstand extreme temperatures and thermal shock and also loss of heat due to minimum radiation. The two end blocks are also designed of zircon refractory and can insert one combustion tube of size 600 x 24 x 19 mm and two silicon carbide heating rods.
Platinum/13%Platinum-Rhodium Thermocouple is offered for sensing the temperature in the furnace. Insulation is by means of high grade ceramic wool fiber and is provided all round the inner chamber.

Glass Parts Assembly The glass parts assembly is mounted on metal stand with CRCA base plate. The control knobs for the Semi-Automatic systems are conveniently located on the base plate. The operating stop cocks are positioned in such a way that the analysis can carry out the analysis in the sitting position itself. The equipment shall have two carbon burettes from the following ranges 4.5%C, 1.8%C, 0.5%,C & 0.25%C. The Carbon Burettes are double jacketed and individually calibrated. The glass parts assembly also consists of Triply float valve Carbon-di-oxide Absorption Vessel, spiral coil condenser, Three Way stop cocks, T-way stop cock, reservoir (Leveling Bottles) 2 Nos. Sulphur burette, Sulphur Titration vessel, sulphur Reservoir, Gas purifying train consisting of twp gas washing bottles mounted on a separate stand fitted with a control valve, Observation eye-piece 2 Nos, Filter trap with L-bend and rubber cork.
The equipment is supplied without Chemicals but the following items are supplied as standard accessories. Combustion Tubes : 2Nos, Combustion Boats (Zircon) 50 Nos.
