These furnaces are available with either a robust insulation of light refractory bricks or with a combination insulation of refractory bricks in the corners and low heat storage, quickly cooling fibre material . The casing is made of thick MS sheet (reinforced with iron angles for high temperature models). Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80ºC. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1100ºC and 1450ºC, 10ºCtemperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a 'Sunvic' Energy Control or a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.

Muffle Furnaces are specially designed to suit the I.S & A. S T. M Standards. It is applied in the growing fields of Medical, Research, Agricultural, Industrial, Metal treatment, Ash Determination & Wool Industries.

Fabrication :

Fabricated on heavy M. S plates with heavy double walled door with ceramic wool used as insulation. Inner made of Silimenite muffle External made of CRCA / MS duly epoxy powder coated. Door insulation of HFK bricks.
