Hot Air Ovens

The hot air ovens we manufacture have gained huge appreciation in the market for their host of qualitative features. These ovens are double walled, the outer body is made of SS (304 Gr.) and the inner prime is made of SS (316 grade). The doors are of metallic double walled that are duly insulated door fitted with standard set of hardware and have the condition for adjustable mesh / perforated trays. The heating element of the ovens is developed for low wattage density so that it works on black heat. These are in coil form affirmed with refractory or long lasting S.S. Tubular heaters are bestrode at bottom to offer uniform heating. Motorized blowers are provided for maintaining uniform temperature within chamber. The air is blown from the bottom and no recalculation of air is done.

This oven is offered by us in different dimensions with thermostatic temperature control. Its inner chamber is made using mild steel and aluminium. It has a double wall construction with glass wool insulation. Our oven has an accuracy of / - 3° C and a temperature range of 5° C to 200°

This is specially used to treat aluminium before doing any shaping. The desired temperature is 350 to 400 deg C. This oven can easily melt the aluminum to the required level so that it can be used for several applications.
